Karhu launches the Mestari Control, an innovative spin on a staple sneaker from the Karhu lifestyle collection. The Mestari Control features a robust, slip-resistant outsole. Inspired by several prototypes from Karhu’s back catalogues, the Mestari Control utilizes a novel traction pattern from an early 80s version of the Albatross. The Karhu design team has reimagined this unique outsole to create a sturdier version of the Mestari with more grip for day-to-day use. Additionally, the upper of the Mestari Control features detailed tooling inspired by an older silhouette, the Karhu Balance.
